Chip helped me get back to riding my bike. Bought an Electra 3 speed from him . Loved my bike but because of mobility issues could no longer ride. I ordered a some EZ trainer wheels, could not attach, took them to Chip and his assistant and they made it work. Thanks guys

I brought my bike to the beach for a week, and during my first ride down beach road, the seat broke off of my bike.... I went in to Outer Banks Bicycle, and was helped right away! They found the best replacement seat for me, and it was a great price as well! They attached the new seat for me, and I was on my way within 5 minutes. I will say that before I went into Outer Banks Bicycle, I went to Bike Barn because it was next to our house, and I do not think I have ever been treated more rudely in a retail setting in my life... Now I know to go straight to Outer Banks Bicycle in the future!!
